Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be in its original condition as received
• Unused and undamaged
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and take appropriate action.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Used or damaged items due to misuse
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please submit a return request first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item, subject to availability.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
