What currency are your prices shown in?
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
This reflects our growth and expansion into Saudi Arabia and the GCC, allowing us to better serve our customers with a more seamless experience.
We also ensure a smooth shopping experience across regions: at checkout, your bank will automatically convert the total based on their exchange rate. Shipping is fast, and there are no additional hidden fees such as taxes or duties upon delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada), Apple Pay, and other secure online payment methods through our encrypted checkout system.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes, absolutely. Our website uses SSL (HTTPS) encryption, and all payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.
Will I be charged any duties, taxes, or additional fees?
No. All duties and taxes are prepaid for your convenience.
The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay—no additional charges upon delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Please note the following:
- A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns
- Return shipping costs (return label) will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

All applicable fees (restocking and return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
